If you submit a request through our contact form, these are immediately sent via email to Your name, email address, order number (if you have one) and message are stored on our email servers indefinitely.

Protecting your privacy

How long we retain your data

We store order information forever, Mailchimp signup information for as long as you are subscribed. Google Analytics stores data for up to 26 months.

What rights you have over your data

If you have purchased one of our products, you can request your order information at any time. If you want, we can also delete your information from our database. However, this will also remove any product licenses you have purchased, making your purchases void (read more about our refund policy).

How we protect your data

We use industry standard SSL encryption on this website to ensure your experience is safe and encrypted. We also use Stripe, a world leader in processing transaction fees, to process credit cards during checkout.

What data breach procedures we have in place

We take your privacy very seriously and will do our best to scrub your data from our servers if you should ever request it. We will also be quick and honest with notifying our customers in the event of a data breach.

What third parties we receive data from

We receive verification information from any website that attempts to activate a license of one of our products. This includes the license key and the url of the website. This is a manual process that involves the user requesting a license activation via a button press.

We also periodically receive update requests from any website using one of our products to provide the most up to date software. This is an automatic process that can happen multiple times a day, depending on the software powering the relevant website.

What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data

If you signup for a free trial, we use Mailchimp to setup an automatic process for sending you the free trial information, resources for purchasing our products, and requests for feedback about your experience. You can opt out of this automatic process at any time directly from the emails we send.
